The Forum is a global membership group for people like you - senior internal communicators - faced with the challenges of communicating in large, complex global companies. Through our best-practice research, the Forum provides you with the insight, information and tools to do your job more effectively.

Founded in 2003 by Victoria Mellor and her team at Melcrum, the Forum has built a unique and unrivalled body of knowledge on all aspects of internal communication. It's entirely independent so you'll receive research free of bias or consultancy interests.

Forum members tell us about the areas that are important to them and our in-house team then go and research current best practices from leading global organizations. We do this by interviewing practitioners, consulting industry experts and carrying out benchmarking surveys.

All our findings are then written up in comprehensive reports. These are available to you online, in hard copy and PowerPoint format.
